An end to my sophomore year

The past couple weeks have all been winding down to finals week. Most of my classes have been getting in a few last chapters for the third set of midterms and reviewing for our last exams. Introduction to engineering dynamics has also been a bit busy getting all the final pieces together, but, if anything, I’m staying calm and preparing to go home.

So the end of my first year as a student at RPI has finally come to an end. The stress of finals have ended and I have returned back home. Overall, the year went by with many ups and downs. I’ve made unforgettable memories with a bunch of great friends.

veryone keeps telling me that one day I will be in college, then faster than you can blink you will have left those carefree college days behind. RPI is preparing me well though, and now with only three weeks left of classes to my freshman year, I can attest to the fact that your time spent in college does FLY BY!

Last night, a really good friend from home arrived to spend a night here at RPI. A friend and I hauled a mattress from her room to my room, so my friend from home would have a place to sleep.

Oh man … I could really kill for some sleep now, but I guess that is not going to happen. Going to bed at 2:30 in the morning and waking up in five hours or so, at 7:30 or 8 is not the greatest idea.
